We are taking ginger soda back to its roots: Just ginger, lemon, water and cane sugar - simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
From our collaborating cooperative in Sri Lanka we source the most flavourful and aromatic ginger we have ever laid our hands on! Farmed organically and fairly traded, to make sure that our consumers can enjoy a fresh drink without the exploitation of people or planet. After harvest the tropical ginger roots are washed, shredded and pressed to extract their fragrant, distinctive juice. In the brewing we mix this together with some organic cane sugar, the juice of Sicilian lemons and carbonated water. Four ingredients - nothing else!
Serve TÖRST REAL GINGER paired with aromatic food, over ice in a flavourful cocktail or even heated on a cold day.
