What is TAKARA NORD Home Experience?

It is an in-home try-out service where we bring selected TAKARA NORD pieces to your home, allowing you to see, compare and style them in your own space before making a purchase.

Who is this service for?

This service is for you if you’d like to see how pieces truly look and feel in your own home before buying, avoid the uncertainty of choosing the wrong piece and make a more confident decision.

What is the difference between the BASIC, PLUS and PREMIUM packages?

BASIC is ideal if you already know which pieces you are choosing between. PLUS includes additional guidance with the selection and professional advice on combining the pieces in your space. PREMIUM is our most comprehensive package, including a pre-consultation, creating a cohesive look in your home and a short follow-up recommendation.

Do I need to send photos of my space for the BASIC package?

No. The BASIC package is designed for customers who already know which pieces they would like to try at home.

Which pieces can I try at home?

For home try-outs, we primarily select pieces that are currently available in our warehouse. The specific selection depends on the piece, its size and availability.

Is the service fee credited towards my purchase?

Yes. The BASIC package fee is credited towards your purchase on orders of €650 or more, the PLUS package fee on orders of €850 or more, and the PREMIUM package fee on orders of €1,200 or more.

Is the service fee still credited towards my purchase if I don’t decide straight away?

Yes. If you decide to make your purchase within 48 hours of your home try-out, the package fee will still be credited towards your purchase.

Do I have to purchase something during the service?

No. The purpose of the service is to help you make a more considered and confident decision before making a purchase.

Where is the service available?

We primarily offer the service in Tallinn and Harju County. Elsewhere in Estonia, the service can be arranged separately by agreement.

How do I book the service?

To book, send us either the pieces you have selected or a few photos of your space, together with a short description of what you are looking for. We’ll then recommend the most suitable package and arrange a convenient time.
